E Hailing Drivers Association Cries Foul

PETALING JAYA: Grab drivers are crying foul over the company’s alleged failure to refund the additional 5% commission and service fee charges on Monday (Aug 5), as promised.

Malaysia E-Hailing Drivers Association (MeHDA) president Daryl Chong said the company had issued a statement on July 28 that they would refund the drivers on Monday.

“Since then, it has been more than 48 hours, and drivers have yet to receive the 5% refund promised by Grab, ” he said in a statement on Wednesday (Aug 7).

Chong called on the Transport Ministry to look into the matter and take immediate action.
